We communicate on a regular basis with referring physicians and insurance companies. You will be treated by a licensed physical therapist that has completed postgraduate education and professional licensure requirements. To assist our Spanish speaking patients, we have one front office staff member and one Physical Therapist who are fluent in Spanish.

Initial Visit
We will perform an evaluation, which includes a history and physical examination to identify your problems, concerns and needs. Information from this evaluation and your response to the initial treatment will form the basis of your treatment plan. We will discuss this information with you and together formulate realistic goals for your physical therapy treatment program.

Follow-Up Visits
Each follow-up visit includes a reassessment of your condition to monitor the effectiveness of your treatment program. We will then modify or advance your program. When you have achieved your treatment goals we will discharge you with an individualized home exercise program and strategies to help prevent recurrence of your problem.

Insurance Coverage
With a medical provider’s referral our services are covered by the majority of insurance companies. We bill your insurance company or Medicare directly. Redwood Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, Inc. is a member of the Physical Therapy Provider Network (PTPN) and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN).
